We regard E-safety and being responsible citizens whilst online as being of paramount importance. E-safety encompasses the need to educate pupils about the benefits and risks of using technology and provides safeguard and awareness for users to enable them to control their experiences.
New technologies have become integral to the lives of children and young people in today’s society, both within schools and in their lives outside of school. It is important that our children are taught how to use these tools and more importantly, how to use them safely. We do this through the curriculum, the weekly newsletter and regular parent workshops.
We also require pupils and parents to sign Acceptable Use Agreements.
